Whom it May Concern,

I bought an ninsurance in the late 50's or early 60's, and paid in full in the 60's. I left Holland in the 70's. My birthplace was Haskerland (Fr.)' birthdate April 30, 1943. I lived in Rotterdam, Proveniersstraat in the 70's when I completed the insurance I.e paid in Full. What are my remaining rights?
