Whom It May Concern,

I joined AVVl in the 50's or early 60's. After several years of annual contributions, I paid in Full. Left the Netherlands for the final time in mid-1984, and have since lived in Japan and the United States. My current address is 69 Otter Island Road, Johns Island, SC, 29455, United States. My birth date is April 30, 1943 in Haserland (Fr.). My question is whether I still have entitlements, and if so, whar are these?
